When cops in Isabella County took my family’s home and personal property and forced us to leave under threat of arrest while our home was being looted by police we were more than scared. We were absolutely petrified! If our cops could do this, what else might they be capable of doing to us?

Posting to http://www.visner4sheriff.com, creating this blog and a twitter account at @TheodoreVisner along with increasing my exposure by running for sheriff I believed helped to save my life and potentially the lives of my wife and children.

The conspiracy to deprive my family of our constitutional rights as they did on September 27, 2010, is a violation of federal criminal law and if my having been wrongly arrested the same day on bogus charges of “misuse of 9-1-1” by the same deputy I had filed a complaint against could be equated to kidnapping in the same title 18 Federal Criminal Statute, the potential penalty become execution!

“This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.

Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death.”

Since Sheriff Leo worked to cover and conceal, he has secured his involvement as an accomplice in the commission of a federal crime.

Although Michigan Statutes make it impossible for a Sheriff to be held liable for the actions of his deputies, this amnesty does not allow an elected sheriff to actively participate in the commission of federal crimes!

Openly accusing an elected sheriff of participating in federal crimes is most definitely a strong motive to fashion my silence… a strong motive for murder!
