Some say that I have an ax to grind by running for Sheriff in Isabella County but I have no ax to grind. The proverbial ax has already been ground down to the stick. With the stick however, I will be playing fetch with those in Isabella County Government that have abandoned the folks (it’s citizens) that pay for their existence.

The only way Sheriff Leo can hope to beat me in the November General Election is to continue to ignore me and by pretending that I do not exist. Sheriff Leo’s campaign site does not even mention me by name out of a fear that people will discover the truth on their own. His campaign strategy is to keep people in the dark as he has managed to do for the last eight years in office as our elected county sheriff.

Friend/Like the “Visner for Sheriff” campaign on Facebook and help us play fetch with those in our government who have turned their back on constitutional values and the oath of their perspective offices for the preservation of corrupt and failing local government.

My name is Ted Visner and I wholeheartedly approve this message!

Here are the email conversations between Leo and my family…

September 27, 2012 marks the two year anniversary of the Isabella County Sheriff’s Department taking my family’s home and it’s contents by force and under threat of arrest without a single shred of legal justification.

My wife and I bought a house from an employee of the Isabella County Sheriff’s Department. After seven months, she changed her mind and used the department and a deputy to take the home back by force, locking us out and keeping the contents of our home after she tried and failed to evict us in court.

Sheriff Department administrators were immediately informed and did nothing other than cover up, telling both the media and the Michigan State Police that we actually had been evicted when we had not.

The woman convinced/conspired with the deputy to give her a “solid” by telling him that we had never paid her and that we were forcing her into foreclosure and also that we were trashing the house when none of these allegations were true.

The lockout itself was in violation of Michigan law MCL 600.2918.

Two or more Sheriff Department employees conspiring to take our home and it’s contents is in violation of federal criminal statutes as defined in Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242.

Two years ago today my family lost our home, it’s contents, the money we had paid towards the purchase price because one Isabella County Sheriff’s Department employee conspired with another to perform “a solid” for a co-worker that was way outside the bounds of state and federal law.

Dear Isabella County, it’s Sheriff, it’s Prosecuting Attorney and the Isabella County Board of Commissioners,

The Oath of your Office is not beyond your purview!

I reported to you on a zillion different occasions that county actors took my family’s home and it’s contents without a shred of legal justification, without any notice and without having afforded my family Due Process while stripping us of our home, our property and our constitutional civil rights and to this your reply has been absolute silence.

Shame on you!

Each and every one of you, as a prerequisite of your perspective positions in County Government, swore an oath to protect and to preserve the Constitution of the state of Michigan and the Constitution of the United States of America as your very first official act of the office you now hold. As it was the first official act it was also the most important and refusal to swear under oath to preserve the Constitution would have precluded your acceptance to the same.

When I am elected Sheriff this November things are going to change.

Sincerely,

Theodore Visner

Shelly Sweet and Sheriff’s Deputy Clinton Steinert were both working for the Isabella County Sheriff’s Department as employees when they conspired together to relieve my family of our home and the contents of our home on Monday- September 27, 2010.

Sweet locked us out of our home and Steinert enforced the lockout in violation of the Michigan Anti-Lockout law as defined in MCL 600.2918.

The conspiracy between the two to violate Michigan law and deprive my family of our civil rights violated federal criminal law as defined in Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 242.

Although our allegations have been fully conveyed to authorities, both employees are still employed by the Isabella County Sheriff’s Department after their active involvement in crimes against my family that resulted in the loss of our home and all of it’s contents!?!

Both employees and the administrators that acted to cover and conceal the events get a four to five year deferment?

A jury awarded $239,000 Friday to a former Baton Rouge resident who claims he suffered a ruptured bladder in 2007 when a then-city police officer, who is now in federal prison, allegedly kicked him while handcuffed at a Highland Road police substation.

From the date of the incident in 2007 up and to the time the civil trial concluded, nearly 5 years later, the officer, now in federal prison… got a five year suspension of sentence and remained employed by the police department!

Am I the only one that finds this totally unacceptable?

A “Single Point of Failure” situation is the reason that citizens in the coverage area of the Isabella County Central 9-1-1 Dispatch had to go without emergency services.

Short of an extinction level event, this should have never have been allowed to happen.

Supporters have begun to ask… So what do you do for fun? What do you do when you are not working?

Saturday, July 28, 2012 I took the family to Binder Park Zoo for the entire day. It was a blast and we took lots of pictures and posted them on Facebook.

Thomas Jefferson said it best!

When the government fears the people there is liberty; when the people fear the government there is tyranny.

All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.
-Thomas Jefferson

All tyranny needs to maintain that foothold is for government to successfully oppress it’s people into submission and into silence. – Theodore Visner

September 27, 2010 – my sheriff’s department stole my family’s home and everything in it because one of the employees there, that had sold us the home, changed her mind and took it back by force using other employees and the department itself.
